Jim, an American visitor to St Devi’s recently spent time teaching English in the classrooms. At recess he noticed the basketball hoops were broken and there were no swings on the swing set. He questioned Devi and she explained that money was tight so she must spend it on essentials and though basketball is fun and good exercise it was not in her budget to repair the hoops. Before he returned home, Jim left money with Devi to buy swings and to fix the basketball hoops. A BIG thank you from the children at St. Devi’s Academy!!
