First of all, I am very thankful to my sponsor, Jan, as you helped me to change my life by giving me a quality and better education.  I always remember you in my prayers to the Lord.  I pray with the Lord for a good and long life for you.  I also pray with God that all the obstacles and difficulties arising in front of you should all be destroyed.  I am also very thankful to our respected Mam (Devi).  She is together with Aunty (Suzy) and they provided me with this golden opportunity to move forward in my life.

Now I am going to write about myself from my childhood.

When I was small I lived in a village with my family.  The total members of our family was ten.  Among them, four were my brothers and four of them were my sisters.  Among the four brothers one was unable to stand on his leg.  He also could not walk.  His leg was deformed from birth.  My brothers and sisters are uneducated so they cannot understand many things.  Now they are mature and they are married.  My parents face many problems but I cannot tell about it in front of all people.  It would put me in a difficult position.

I am very lucky myself that I got the chance to study in this beautiful school through respected Mam (Devi), Sir (David), and Aunty (Suzy).  I cannot imagine that among all my brothers and sisters I am the lucky one to get such opportunities!  Me, just myself!  Now I am in grade 12.  I am going to finish my +2 level (British system) also with the help of Mam (Devi) and Aunty (Suzy).  Thank you so very much for guiding me from age 6 when I came here for these 15 years.  I am very grateful towards you.

I want to take this opportunity to say that there are other poor children who are not getting such opportunities.  I feel I was chosen by God and I thank Him for it.  My mother gave me birth, it is true but my second mom (Devi) showed me the way of education, how to handle it and to move forward.  I have not wanted to lose this chance.  This opportunity takes me in the right path, if it is lost, then darkness will arise in my life.  So I want to humbly request to everybody that getting such opportunities are very important.  We must try to catch them and not let them go because it changes our life.  I recognize that myself.  Many, many children need such opportunities.

At last, I want to say some things about life.  Life is a beautiful gift of God and education is a most precious thing in our whole life.  So it should be utilized.  Once again, thank you Mam, Aunty and Jan for your help.
