In Malawi we have three reasons for happy faces and grateful hearts. First, the King of Grace Lutheran Church located in Minnesota, donated over $500 towards the Healthy Start Meals Program! Second, Shakil Kassman, a kind man who lives near TWAM Centre in Chipanda Village, donated chicken. Mixed beans are the usual form of protein included in our daily meals so chicken was a nice change and thoroughly enjoyed by our children! The third reason for gratefulness is Hastings & Lucy. This couple has worked and continues to work tirelessly at the TWAM Centre. They do not receive compensation for their labor; they give of themselves because they love the Lord. We are truly blessed.
