Earlier this week I stopped by the TWAM office at five in the evening. It was the first time I’d gone to the office at that hour. I parked out front and Kim, the tenant in the space below our office came rushing out to greet me in a panic. Again, a first. She told me that water was leaking in her store, which would mean the TWAM office must have a water leak. We both rushed up the 27 stairs, unlocked the door, and sure enough, water was pouring from the ceiling into our office. The building owner was having a new roof installed when it began to rain. The work came to a halt and apparently the work in progress left leaks in the roof. The water streamed down in half a dozen locations so that the office equipment, papers, files and work in progress was saturated. Quickly, I moved the wet items to a dry section of the office. Thankfully I have several large, plastic trash cans that I placed under the most severe leaks to catch the water. Yesterday, there was a little more water but it only dripped on desks and into cans. Needless to say, things are still a disaster and it will take considerable time to put things right again and access the damage.

Did God prompt me to go to the office at that precise time? I cannot know for sure but I am very grateful I arrived at that exact hour so I was able to avert more serious damage!!
