A lot of frustrating things have happened in the past few months, one being, my laptop computer died. I have to admit, I’m well behind in this technological age, but I am dependent on my computer. I procrastinated in ordering a new one because my budget did not include that expenditure, but after nearly 2 months I knew I had to ‘bite the bullet’ and just order it. Though the new computer is very similar to my old one, I thought the old neoprene zip pouch would not fit my new laptop. On Thursday, I went to Super Walmart and purchased a colorful neoprene pouch. The computer arrived on Saturday and the old pouch fits!

This morning I decided to return the new pouch for a refund and the receipt was not in my purse. I was frustrated because I wanted a refund not a store credit. Now in our house we have a 12 inch square box where we stuff and store all those plastic bags from various stores. The box is overflowing with dozens and dozens of bags. I was talking to God as I reached into the mass to draw out a bag to put the computer pouch in. No, I didn’t take the bag off the top of the pile; I pulled one out of the center. It so happened to be a Walmart bag. I proceeded to open it and inside was the receipt from the pouch purchase! This is a small thing I know, but isn’t it amazing how God looks out for us? The fact that it is such a small thing amazes me even more because it shows how God is interested in even the minute details of our lives!!
