A number of months ago a man arrived at TWAM Centre in Malawi with bags of rice. Our staff was surprised because a food delivery was not scheduled. The truck driver said he was told by his boss to deliver the rice to an orphanage and he assumed he was in the correct location. Later that day, Lakhan, a business owner drove up to Happy Hearts Nursery. He explained to Rose that the rice delivery was a mistake but after he looked around and saw the 40+ orphan children running around, he generously allowed the rice to remain. Since that day, Lakhan has included TWAM Centre in his periodic food donations to local children’s projects. Yesterday Lakhan called Rose alerting her to a rice and bean delivery. We have been blessed by Lakhan, previously a stranger, who ‘accidentlly’ found himself at our project!! As a Bible believer, we think this is a prime example of how ‘God works in mysterious ways’.
